>>> Andreas Lohner moves from Schmack Biogas to BIOGAS NORD

Bielefeld, Germany, 14th March 2008. Andreas Lohner has been appointed as
the new head of sales at BIOGAS NORD. The 48 year old has more than 15
years' experience in complex project management and was previously head of
sales at Schmack Biogas AG, where his responsibilities included turnover
growth prior to the stock market flotation in 2006.

'Andreas Lohner's industry experience will be an enormous benefit to us',
confirms Gerrit Holz, chief executive officer at BIOGAS NORD AG. 'With
Lohner's support we see great opportunities for gaining new and important
