The torch has been passed at iQ Power AG (ISIN: CH0020609688, WKN: A0DQVL,
IQPB). Peter E. Braun, the former CEO and president of the board of
directors, has decided to dedicate himself to new entrepreneurial pursuits.
After a successful orientation period, he now relinquishes his post as CEO
to Charles Robert Sullivan. Sullivan has been with the iQ Power Group since
April 2007 and held the positions of COO and managing director of iQ Power
Deutschland GmbH.
The new president of the board of directors is Raymond Wicki, who earlier
was the board's vice president.
iQ Power's board of directors and management wish to thank the company's
founder Peter E. Braun for all of his remarkable and successful work. Braun
will remain a member of the board of directors and continue to support the
company in an advisory capacity.
