141 Capital, Inc., (XXIS.PK) is a publicly traded company based in Chicago. It provides electronic trading systems for trading financial products listed on the world’s derivatives exchanges, including foreign exchange futures and options (mostly on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange), equity index futures and options worldwide, energy futures and options, grain futures and options and fixed income futures and options.

141 currently is NOT soliciting for, or taking any client money for trading. No solicitation will take place until a Disclosure Document is properly filed and approved by the National Futures Association.
The mission of 141 Capital is to profit through systematically increasing trading capital through the deployment of a continually developing portfolio of alternative managed investment products that provide superior returns for strategically selected investor segments.

TECHNOLOGY

The success of 141 Capital will be based on multiple automated trading platforms, including "SWARM" a system licensed from Spooz, Inc. (SPZI). By using multiple trading systems, trading performance is not dependent on any specific market direction, but rather on the precise micro-second calculations of the automated systems to identify opportunities as they arise in all market conditions. Trading revenues will be derived from trading performance and based on the amount of money available for trading. Initially 141 will trade its own money while registering with the National Futures Association as a Commodities Trading Advisor and Commodities Pool Operator. Thereafter, it may seek to trade outside accounts.

Fractalz3 and SWARM

Fractalz3 is a computational component for trading systems. It takes random market data, finds underlying multidimensional patterns, isolates the data connected to the patterns, then predicts future patterns. Further analysis of the pattern data can be used to predict future prices or price events. There are multiple algorithms involved in the Fractalz3 analysis process. SWARM can be operated with or with out Fractalz3. The Fractalz3 component adds additional dimensions of statistical analysis.

Modeling statistical arbitrage is a part of the SWARM methodology. SWARM takes market data analysis to a new magnitude of combined algorithms and quantitative processes beyond traditional statistical arbitrage.

Due to the computational capabilities and easy to use GUI (Excel) of SpoozToolz, a trader with out a PhD in statistical mathematics can perform these advanced trading methodologies on an average computer. Under development since January 2007, SWARM is a high-frequency, light-touch trading model developed by Spooz employees, Jame’ Groves, Erik Long and Dr. Peng He. Executed on Spooz’s signature SpoozToolz™ software, SWARM is a combination of proprietary arbitrage models that exploit local and spatial price discovery. Its unique weighted components allow for "dynamic" co-integration balancing between multiple correlated markets. OVERVIEW

141 Capital, Inc., (XXIS.PK) is a publicly traded company based in Chicago. It provides electronic trading systems for trading financial products listed on the world’s derivatives exchanges, including foreign exchange futures and options (mostly on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange), equity index futures and options worldwide, energy futures and options, grain futures and options and fixed income futures and options.  

141 currently is NOT soliciting for, or taking any client money for trading. No solicitation will take place until a Disclosure Document is properly filed and approved by the National Futures Association.

TECHNOLOGY

The success of 141 Capital will be based on multiple automated trading platforms, including "SWARM" a system licensed from Spooz, Inc. (SPZI). By using multiple trading systems, trading performance is not dependent on any specific market direction, but rather on the precise micro-second calculations of the automated systems to identify opportunities as they arise in all market conditions. Trading revenues will be derived from trading performance and based on the amount of money available for trading. Initially 141 will trade its own money while registering with the National Futures Association as a Commodities Trading Advisor and Commodities Pool Operator. Thereafter, it may seek to trade outside accounts.

So lets take a low number of 5%

62 mm shares @ 5% = 3.1 million shares

3.1 mm shares @ 1.00 euro = 3.1 mm EUROS

3.1 mm Euros is 4.5 mm USD

So at 5% IFGX is 4.5 mm USD in the deal at 10% it is 9 mm USD
