PTS, Inc. had retained the marketing services of Mr. Yu and SHYHH to further develop and expand the marketing of Glove Box, and to find a manufacture and possible JV (Joint Venture) partner with a company in China so as to further the improvements with the Glove Box Inc. Also, SHYHH will be exploring the possible need for PTS's DAC line of business in China, for improving the Disabilities issues.

Fazit:
Die Tochtergesellschaft von DBYC hat 5,7 Mio.$ sicher in der Pipeline ( per Filing bestätigt). PTSH hat einen Aktienanteil von 1,3 Mrd (72%). Es wird damit gerechnet das im 1/2 Quartal PTSH keine Verluste mehr schreibt. In China sind nächstes Jahr die olympischen Spiele/ Paralympic und Chin (CEO) erhofft sich hoche Aufträge. DBYC wächst extrem und der Mutterkonzern wird davon profitieren. Zusätzlich versucht PTSH seine Glovebox zu vermarkten.

 

Es gibt gute Gründe, anzunehmen, dass der angestrebte Neuerwerb von Strategic Healthcare Systems, Inc. dazu dient, die Glovebox

a) in den eigenen Kliniken, einem Praxistest zu unterziehen, um
b) damit Werbung in eigener Sache machen zu können, um
c) das Teil endlich zu verkaufen!!!

Disability Access Corporation's Board Approves Introduction of Proprietary Software into China Monday , February 11, 2008 09:30ET

LAS VEGAS, Feb 11, 2008 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Disability Access Corporation (Pink SheetsBYC), a subsidiary of PTS, Inc. (OTCBBTSH), updates shareholders with the following information.

Peter Chin, CEO of PTS, Inc. and Disability Access Corporation, has just completed a trip to Asia and reported he received excellent response from certain parties which showed great interest both of the public (Government) and private sectors in China.

The parent Company of DAC, PTS, Inc., has elected to continue to grow the business of DAC and continue to reinvest in DAC's proprietary technology as well as its product development.

The New Year is off to a good start at Disability Access Consultants, Inc. and we thought it would be an appropriate time to briefly address some questions we've recently received from shareholders.

Regarding our growth prospects, the Company has decided to devote resources to developing alternative commercial uses for its proprietary technology and product development software. Towards this end, the Board of Director has elected to expand its software customer market base into Asia where certain parties have shown great interest in the Company's proprietary technology. The Company's Board feels this will maximize growth opportunities as well as yielding enhanced shareholder value for the long term.

Regarding questions to our financial performance for 2007, the Company is in the midst of its annual audit and, as such, it would be improper to comment on the Company's specific financial results. However, it would be fair to say that the Company's financial performance for 2007 will be reported as a significant improvement over 2006. Just as soon as the audit is concluded, the Company will promptly release those results.

Regarding the status of new contracts and business development, while the Company continues to enjoy certain long term client contract relations, which provides an excellent baseline of annual revenue, the Company continues to expand its client base among public and private entities. The Company has several contracts in the final stage of negotiations, for the current first quarter, and will inform shareholders as soon as these are finalized.

Additionally, pending Federal government funding and allocation, the Company is a candidate for a very significant services contract to the Federal Government. Further, the Company continues to receive solicitations from both private and state government sectors to make its proprietary software available for licensed use. Management feels strongly that it will be the same within Asia. LAS VEGAS, Nov 19, 2007 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- PTS, Inc.'s (OTCBBTSH) subsidiary, Disability Access Corporation, (Pink SheetsBYC) reported Disability Access Consultants, Inc. (DAC) posted continued quarter-over-quarter gross revenue improvement.

On a calendar year-to-date basis through September 2007, DAC has enjoyed gross reporting revenue of $1,063,333, representing an 83% growth over the prior year of $581,597. For the 3rd Quarter 2007, DAC is pleased to report a 22% revenue improvement over the same quarter in the prior year, from $248,577 to $308,000. The significance of the revenue growth is that the 3rd quarter contains two summer months which are typically very slow months for the business.

All figures for 2007 are unaudited.

 

Key to both the revenue growth and operating efficiency of the company has been the utilization by the company of its proprietary internally developed software. Though the software was originally designed with the goal of facilitating the company's inspection process, the design and structure of the software may lend to other unique applications. Accordingly, as a part of the company's commitment to growth, the company will consider and explore other commercial opportunities for its proprietary software inclusive of external licensing and alternative industry applications for its core software architecture.

That said serious proposals and offers will be given the full and proper considerations as they should have, but such offers will have to be reflective of the real future potential of the business.

Will the recent growth trends of the company continue?

The company regularly receives unsolicited requests for services stimulated by the growing demand for ADA inspections, which as a result of capacity constraints the company has to decline. As the company continues to grow more of these requests for services will be met with acceptance and as demand does not appear to be diminishing the expectations are high for continued high growth in both the near and long term.
